About Us

Diet 365 provides personalised nutrition and lifestyle coaching. UR Fitness offers personal training and small-group training in Chandigarh. We’re looking for a creative, organised Social Media Manager to manage both brands and turn our expertise, client journeys and everyday work into engaging content.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute monthly content calendars for both brands.
Create ideas, hooks, scripts and captions for reels, posts and stories.
Coordinate shoots with founders, coaches, clients and the video editor.
Capture phone-based content, including workouts, behind-the-scenes moments and client testimonials—with consent.
Schedule and publish content consistently on Instagram, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
Respond to comments and messages, and pass enquiries to the team.
Maintain consistent branding, tone and quality across both accounts.
Track reach, engagement, enquiries and bookings; use these insights to improve content.




Coordinate with the advertising agency on creative requirements and campaigns.
Ensure health-related content is reviewed by the coaching team before publishing.

What We’re Looking For
At least 1 year of hands-on social media management experience.
A portfolio showing accounts managed, content created and results achieved.
Strong writing skills in English and Hindi/Hinglish.
Confidence with Instagram, Meta Business Suite, Canva and basic video-editing tools.
Ability to shoot good-quality content on a phone.
Solid planning skills and the ability to meet deadlines across two brands.
Interest in fitness, nutrition and wellness; relevant industry experience is a plus.
