Graduate/MBA/PG in HR or related discipline.
4+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in Steel, Power, Metals or Heavy Manufacturing.
Solid understanding of plant/manufacturing recruitment and technical hiring.
Experience handling multiple locations and high-volume recruitment.
Solid stakeholder, negotiation and team management skills.
Valuable knowledge of recruitment tools, portals and sourcing techniques.
