Receive and inspect engineering materials and spare parts and indirect material.
Maintain inventory records and stock levels.
Material Inward (GRN), Issue materials to maintenance/engineering teams.
Prepare purchase requisitions for low-stock items.
Maintain proper storage, labelling, and organization.
Track incoming and outgoing materials.
Conduct periodic physical stock checks.
Coordinate with purchasing, maintenance, and accounts departments.
Prevent stock shortages, damage, and unauthorized issues.
Proficient in SAP Transaction and System Work (MGO, Transfer Posting, Invoice Creation, Vendor Rejection)
Preferably candidate is from 2-wheeler or tier one company
Positive in Excel and MIS preparation, knowledge of Power BI etc
