We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader for our Collections department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of collection agents to ensure the timely collection of outstanding debts while maintaining a high level of customer service. This role requires a robust understanding of sales techniques and the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving collection targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of collection agents, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance targets.
Develop and implement effective collection strategies to maximize recovery rates.
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to team members.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall collection processes.
Conduct training sessions for current team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
Analyze collection data and prepare reports for management to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
