We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and student-focused Student Counselor to guide students throughout their learning journey, understand their needs, and support them in making the right academic and career decisions.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students regarding courses, career options, and learning opportunities.
Understand students' educational goals and recommend suitable courses.
Handle student enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and direct communication.
Explain course details, fees, duration, syllabus, and career prospects.
Follow up with prospective students and assist them through the admission process.
Maintain regular communication with enrolled students.
Monitor student progress, attendance, and engagement.
Address student concerns and coordinate with faculty when required.
Maintain student records and enquiry details.
Support admission and student retention activities.
Build positive relationships with students and parents.





Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to communicate confidently with students and parents.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
Previous experience in counseling, education, admissions, or customer relations is an advantage.

Experience 0–2+ years of experience in student counseling, admissions, education, or customer service preferred. Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
