Responsibilities
Source and screen qualified IT candidates for US-based requirements.
Work on technical roles across various IT technologies.
Use LinkedIn, Dice, job portals, and other sourcing platforms.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment records.
Work with Account Managers to understand client requirements.
Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets.

Requirements
3–5 years of experience in US IT/Technical Recruitment.
Robust knowledge of US IT staffing and recruitment processes.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and job portals.
Knowledge of US work authorization is preferred.
Willingness to work in US Night Shift.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
