We are looking for a hands-on US IT / Technical Recruiter with strong experience in US staffing and technical recruitment.
Key Requirements
4–12 years of US IT staffing / technical recruitment experience.
Strong hands-on experience with W2, Direct Client and/or MSP/VMS requirements .
Experience recruiting across Cloud, Data/AI, Cybersecurity, DevOps, Applications, Infrastructure , etc.
Solid sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Boolean search, and passive sourcing .
Good understanding of US staffing, rates, employment types, and US working hours.
Candidates from a reliable US staffing background are preferred.
Awards, rewards, performance recognition, or top-performer achievements in the previous organization are strongly preferred.
This is a hands-on recruitment role , not a purely managerial position.
