Team Leader – True Value

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader – True Value to lead our pre-owned car sales team and drive business growth through effective team management, customer engagement, and achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate the True Value sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
Drive the complete sales process, including lead generation, follow-up, negotiation, and closure.
Monitor individual and team performance and ensure achievement of assigned KPIs.
Develop and maintain robust customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Ensure proper evaluation, procurement, display, and sales of pre-owned vehicles as per company standards.
Monitor leads and ensure timely follow-up and conversion.
Conduct regular team meetings and provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
Coordinate with relevant departments for vehicle evaluation, refurbishment, documentation, finance, insurance, and delivery.
Ensure adherence to Maruti Suzuki True Value processes, policies,



and customer service standards.
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare and maintain sales reports and provide regular updates to management.

Candidate Profile
Education: Graduate preferred.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in automobile/pre-owned car sales, with relevant team-handling experience.
Solid sales, negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Customer-focused and result-oriented approach.
Good knowledge of the pre-owned automobile market.
Ability to manage and motivate a sales team effectively.
