Role & responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions across multiple industries.
Source and identify candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, and direct sourcing.
Understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Conduct candidate screening, initial interviews, and competency assessments.
Coordinate with clients and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide suitable candidates.
Manage candidate pipelines, interview scheduling, feedback, salary negotiations, and offer closures.
Use Boolean search techniques and cutting-edge sourcing methods to identify relevant talent.
Leverage AI-based recruitment tools and sourcing techniques to improve recruitment efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile Candidates from corporate/in-house recruitment teams alone will not be considered. Preference will be given to candidates with recruitment consultancy experience and robust Non-IT hiring expertise.
