Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Handle inbound enquiries and follow up with leads.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Explain product features, pricing, offers, and terms clearly.
Generate and maintain a solid sales pipeline through regular follow-ups.
Convert leads into confirmed orders/sales.
Maintain accurate customer and call records in CRM/ERP.
Coordinate with the Sales and Branch teams for order processing and customer requirements.
Follow up on quotations, pending orders, and payments where required.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Provide regular reports on calls, leads, conversions, and pending follow-ups.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
