Job Summary
We are looking for qualified and customer-focused Optometrists to join our retail team. The candidate will be responsible for conducting eye examinations, recommending suitable vision correction solutions, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and vision assessments.
Perform refraction tests and identify customers vision correction requirements.
Recommend appropriate spectacles, lenses and contact lenses based on customer needs and skilled assessment.
Explain prescriptions, lens options and eye-care practices to customers.
Ensure accurate prescription recording and maintain patient records.
Provide excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships.
Support store sales by recommending suitable optical products ethically.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Maintain optometry equipment, hygiene and skilled standards.
Support store operations and achieve assigned business targets.
Eligibility Criteria
B.Optom / B.Sc. Optometry / Diploma in Optometry.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Robust communication and customer-handling skills.
Customer-focused attitude and willingness to work in a retail environment.
Willingness to work in shifts and across assigned store locations.
