Role & responsibilities
Source and screen candidates through job portals, referrals, calls, WhatsApp, and other recruitment channels.
Recruit blue-collar employees such as drivers, riders, delivery executives and other frontline staff.
Explain job roles, salary, working conditions, and other relevant details to candidates.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with selected candidates until joining.
Complete required documentation and onboarding formalities.
Maintain a pipeline of candidates for current and future requirements.
Maintain basic recruitment reports and candidate records.
Requirements
Preferred candidate profile
0 - 3 years of experience in HR recruitment or blue-collar hiring.
Any additional language would be added advantage
Comfortable with calling and candidate follow-ups.
Ability to work with recruitment targets.
