Preferred candidate profile

Job Responsibilities • Handle day-to-day coordination of US shipments and international freight forwarding activities.
Coordinate with US-based customers, overseas agents, suppliers, shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and internal teams.
Handle customer communication and provide regular updates on shipment status, schedules, documentation, and delivery.
Manage shipment documentation and ensure all required documents are received and processed on time.
Coordinate import and export shipments involving the USA.
Handle cross-trade / triangular shipment coordination where the buyer, seller, and shipment origin/destination are in different countries.
Coordinate with overseas offices and agents for cross-trade shipment bookings, documentation, routing, and delivery requirements.
Monitor shipment schedules, ETD, ETA, transit times, and delivery status.
Coordinate with carriers and overseas agents regarding booking confirmations, BL/AWB, arrival notices, and other shipment documents.
Prepare and check shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists,



HBL/HAWB, MBL/MAWB, and other relevant documents.
Follow up on pending documents, shipment milestones, customs requirements, and delivery arrangements.
Handle customer queries and resolve operational issues in coordination with the relevant teams.
Maintain accurate shipment records and update internal systems regularly.
Prepare daily/weekly shipment status reports as required.
Coordinate with the accounts and operations teams for billing and shipment-related requirements.
Ensure timely communication with customers and overseas partners during the US shift.
Maintain robust working relationships with US customers and international agents.

Mandatory Knowledge

Candidates must have practical and hands-on knowledge of:
US import/export shipment processes.
International freight forwarding and logistics operations.
Cross-trade / triangular shipment procedures.
Customer coordination and overseas agent communication.
Sea and/or air freight documentation.
HBL/HAWB, MBL/MAWB, commercial invoices, packing lists, and shipment-relate
