Clean and sanitize kitchen floors, walls, workstations, and food preparation areas.
Wash and sanitize pots, pans, utensils, trays, plates, and other kitchen equipment.
Operate dishwashing machines and ensure proper cleaning procedures are followed.
Assist with cleaning kitchen machinery and equipment as instructed.
Collect, segregate, and dispose of kitchen waste according to hygiene procedures.
Maintain cleanliness in garbage rooms, washing areas, and storage spaces.
Ensure cleaning chemicals are used and stored safely.
Follow food safety, personal hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
Replenish cleaning supplies and report shortages to the supervisor.
Assist the stewarding team during busy kitchen operations and special events.
Perform other duties assigned by the Stewarding Supervisor.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
