Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and other channels.
Screen candidates and conduct initial HR discussions.
Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate details and recruitment trackers.
Support offer rollout and joining formalities.
Achieve recruitment targets and ensure positions are closed within timelines.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
