Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Private Car Insurance Telecaller with experience in private car insurance or insurance operations at a private car dealership. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers, generating insurance renewal leads, explaining insurance policies, and assisting customers with their private car insurance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers regarding private car insurance policies and renewals.
Handle incoming customer inquiries related to private car insurance.
Generate leads and follow up with existing and potential customers.
Coordinate with customers for insurance renewals, recent policies, and policy-related queries.
Explain insurance coverage, premiums, add-on covers, and policy perks to customers.
Coordinate with insurance companies and internal teams for quotations and policy issuance.
Maintain customer information, calling records, and follow-up details.
Achieve assigned calling targets and support the sales team in meeting business objectives.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and dealership partners.
Required Skills & Qualifications
HSC (12th Pass) or any graduate degree.
Prior experience in private car insurance telecalling or insurance operations at a private car dealership is preferred.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of private car insurance policies, renewals, and premiums.
Customer-handling and follow-up skills.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain customer data.
A target-oriented approach with a positive attitude.
Salary & Perks
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
