1.54 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Analysis or Consulting.
Solid understanding of at least one Supply Chain domain:
Demand Planning | Supply Planning | Manufacturing | Procurement | Logistics/Fulfillment | Aftermarket
Understanding of AI/GenAI and Agentic AI concepts.
Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, BRD/FRD or functional specifications.
Solid analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to translate complex business/AI concepts into explicit recommendations.
Good to Have
MBA/Master’s in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Information Systems or related field.
Exposure to SAP IBP, o9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder or Oracle SCM.
Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, Python or SQL.
Exposure to Prompt Engineering / RAG.
Consulting, strategy projects, AI hackathons or case competitions.
