Supply Chain Planning - Demand & Capacity Planning

Candidates with a strong Operations and Supply Chain background are preferred.

Finance-focused candidates are not preferred for this role.

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Planning professional with robust expertise in Demand Planning, Capacity Planning, and Supply Chain Management. The ideal candidate should have a valuable understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning processes and be able to drive efficient planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Manage demand planning and capacity planning activities.

Develop and maintain supply chain plans based on demand, capacity, inventory, and business requirements.

Analyze demand and supply gaps and identify potential capacity constraints.

Support forecasting, planning, and allocation activities to ensure supply continuity.





Monitor supply chain performance, capacity utilization, inventory levels, and planning metrics.

Identify planning risks and recommend appropriate corrective actions.

Support continuous improvement of supply chain planning processes.

Ensure effective coordination between demand, supply, capacity, and operations planning.

Required Skills

3 - 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning / Supply Chain Management.

Strong hands-on experience in Demand Planning and Capacity Planning.

Good understanding of Supply & Demand Planning, Forecasting, Inventory Planning, and Capacity Management.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work with large volumes of planning data and identify trends, gaps, and risks.

Valuable understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain Planning processes.
