Qualification (Mandatory)
B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Metallurgical, Chemical, Production, Industrial or related Engineering disciplines
MBA preferred (only along with B.E./B.Tech)
Experience
4 to 8 years in Manufacturing Industry
Preferred industries: Steel, Aluminium, Foundry, Metals, Cement, Automotive Manufacturing, Heavy Engineering
Role Purpose
Support the Director in plant performance monitoring, MIS reporting, KPI governance, CAPEX tracking, business reviews and leadership reporting across manufacturing operations.
MIS & Management Reporting
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports
Develop management dashboards and KPI scorecards
Consolidate plant-wise performance data
Support monthly business review meetings
Plant Performance Monitoring
Monitor production, quality, maintenance and inventory KPIs
Track performance against targets
Conduct variance analysis and action follow-up
CAPEX & OPEX Monitoring
Track CAPEX projects and implementation status
Support budget vs actual analysis
Monitor OPEX and cost optimization initiatives
Director Office Support
Prepare MOMs and action trackers
Coordinate with Plant Heads and Functional Heads
Support strategic initiatives and leadership reviews
