We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to join our team in Vadodara. The candidate will be responsible for making calls, communicating with customers/leads, understanding their requirements, and generating qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and leads.
Explain products/services clearly and professionally.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
Maintain daily call records and update lead status.
Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments when required.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements

Confident and friendly personality.

Previous telecalling/sales experience is an advantage.
Basic computer knowledge.
