Job ResponsibilitiesAssist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
Support onboarding, induction, and joining formalities for recent employees.
Track employee attendance, leave records, and working hours.
Assist with payroll inputs and monthly attendance reports.
Support employee engagement activities and grievance handling.
Help prepare HR reports, offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
Ensure HR records and processes comply with company policies.
Skills RequiredGood verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Willingness to learn HR operations and recruitment.
Valuable organizational and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
EligibilityMBA HR / MSW HR / BBA HR / B.Com or any relevant degree.
