Role & responsibilities
Teach for higher secondary classes.
Prepare engaging lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessments.
Explain accounting concepts, financial statements, taxation, business studies, and related topics clearly.
Prepare students for CBSE/State Board examinations and competitive examinations where applicable.
Conduct regular tests, evaluate answer scripts, and provide constructive feedback.
Monitor students' academic progress and provide additional support to slow learners.
Use innovative teaching methods, digital resources, smart classrooms, and activity-based learning.
Maintain accurate academic records, attendance, marks, and student performance reports.
Participate in parent-teacher meetings, staff meetings, school events, and academic activities.




Collaborate with the academic team to improve teaching and learning outcomes.
Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning setting.

Preferred candidate profile
Master's Degree or relevant subject.
B.Ed. is mandatory.
Minimum 35 years of teaching experience preferred.
Solid knowledge of Accountancy and Commerce syllabus.
Excellent communication and classroom-management skills.
Ability to use technology and digital teaching resources effectively.
Robust subject knowledge with a student-centred approach.
Preference will be given to Tamil Nadu candidates.
