We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team in Ahmedabad. The candidate will be responsible for calling customers and following up on pending payments.
Responsibilities
Call customers regarding pending payments and outstanding invoices.
Follow up with customers for timely payment.
Handle customer queries politely.
Maintain daily calling and follow-up records.
Coordinate with the accounts team regarding payment updates.
Requirements
Valuable communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati.
Basic English communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive telephone communication and follow-up skills.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
