Shift Timings: UK Shift (12:30PM-10PM IST/1:30PM-11PM IST )
Salary 10 LPA
5+ years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable (AR), with at least 3 years of team handling and/or training experience.
Training expertise, including the ability to design assessments and evaluate trainee progress for effective upskilling.
Robust knowledge of AR processes, including Cash Application, Collections, Billing, DD Run, RDD, Write-offs, Order Management, and Customer Master Setup.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines.
Exposure to operations and delivery management with end clients.
Experience in stakeholder management and trainee engagement
Exposure to process improvement, automation, or transformation initiatives will be an added advantage.
