UKG Pro WFM – Technical Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for a UKG Pro WFM Technical Consultant with 3–8 years of experience in UKG Workforce Management solutions. The candidate should have robust hands-on experience in UKG WFM integrations, interfaces, reporting, APIs, and technical support .

Key Responsibilities
Develop, configure, maintain, and support UKG Pro WFM technical solutions .
Work on UKG WFM integrations and interfaces , including inbound and outbound data flows.
Develop and support integrations using APIs, web services, and data exchange mechanisms .
Analyze integration failures, data issues, and technical defects and provide timely resolution.
Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot UKG WFM reports and extracts .
Work with business and functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Perform data validation, reconciliation,



and troubleshooting across WFM systems.
Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, deployment, and production support activities.
Monitor integrations and resolve production issues within defined SLAs.
Prepare technical specifications, integration documentation, mapping documents, and test scenarios.
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and other application teams for end-to-end integration requirements.
Support enhancements, change requests, and ongoing technical improvements.

Mandatory Skills
UKG Pro WFM / UKG WFM
Solid experience in UKG WFM Integrations / Interfaces
Experience with UKG WFM Reporting
Knowledge of APIs / Web Services / Data Integration
Experience in technical troubleshooting and production support
Positive understanding of WFM data and business processes
Experience with integration testing and deployment
