Role: Welding Supervisor
Experience: 2+ years
Roles & Responsibility:
Supervise daily welding and fabrication activities.
Handle welders and allocate work as per production requirements.
Knowledge of MIG, TIG, and Arc welding processes.
Read and understand engineering drawings.
Ensure welding quality and identify welding defects.
Coordinate with production and quality teams.
Ensure safety procedures are followed on the shop floor.
Monitor production progress and maintain quality standards.
Preferred candidate profile Candidates with experience in fabrication, precision engineering, automotive components, or industrial manufacturing will be preferred.
