Primary Responsibilities

Learning Management
Execute learning administration requests submitted through ServiceNow in accordance with established standards, processes, and service level expectations.
Process training-related transactions, maintain learning records, and ensure data accuracy across learning systems.
Monitor, prioritize, and resolve assigned tickets, escalating issues as needed.
Support the successful delivery of workforce development programs through timely and accurate administrative support.
