Responsibilities and Duties:
Accounting &
Financial Operations
Oversee daily accounting entries, record keeping, and reconciliation of financial transactions.
Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable, ensuring timely vendor payments and customer collections.
Handle invoice generation, documentation, and follow-up with clients for dues and clarifications.
Maintain accurate records of Credit Card, Bank Guarantees, and banking transactions.
Personal Financial Portfolio

Management (Leadership Support)
Support senior leadership in managing and tracking personal investment portfolios
Monitor performance across asset classes including equities, mutual funds, fixed income, and alternative investments
Conduct market research and provide insights on investment prospects and trends
Assist in portfolio rebalancing, risk assessment, and diversification strategies
Prepare periodic portfolio performance reports and dashboards
Coordinate with external advisors, brokers, and wealth managers as required
Taxation &
Compliance
Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-3B, GSTR-1)



and TDS returns within prescribed timelines.
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, maintaining all related documentation.
Coordinate with auditors and consultants for tax audits, statutory audits, and related queries.
Vendor &
Customer Management
Manage vendor accounts, process vendor payments, and ensure proper reconciliation of balances.
Liaise with vendors to resolve discrepancies and build solid business relationships.
Follow up with customers for collections and maintain updated payment records.
Reporting &
Analysis
Prepare and review monthly financial reports, ledgers, and reconciliations.
Support management in budgeting, variance analysis, and financial forecasting.
Identify areas for improvement in accounting processes and implement best practices.
Systems &
Tools
Manage accounting operations in Tally ERP with accuracy and efficiency.
Use Microsoft Excel and Word for financial analysis, MIS reporting, and documentation.
