What your role will entail
Teaching the Akanksha Hindi curriculum through effective pedagogical practices
Designing and delivering engaging lessons in Hindi language and literature
Developing students’ reading, writing, speaking, listening and comprehension skills
Using discussions, activities, projects, stories, role plays and real-world examples to make learning meaningful
Designing assessments to evaluate conceptual understanding, language skills and student progress
Adapting teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs
Encouraging students to ask questions, express their thoughts and develop effective communication skills
Connecting classroom learning with students’ everyday experiences, culture and the world around them
Creating a positive, inclusive and engaging classroom environment
Building solid relationships with students, parents, community and the school team
Participating in professional development, school training, meetings,



extra-curricular and celebratory activities
Making occasional community visits to stay connected with parents

Knowledge/Skills
Strong subject knowledge and expertise in Hindi
Positive understanding of Hindi grammar, literature and language skills
Ability to simplify concepts and make learning engaging and relatable
Solid oral and written communication skills in Hindi
Adaptability to new instructional approaches
Strong planning, organisation and teamwork skills
Self-motivated with a robust work ethic
Openness to feedback and critical reflection

Education
M.A. in Hindi + B.Ed. (Required)
Bachelor's degree in Hindi or a related field (Preferred)

Experience
Teaching: 1 year

Hindi (Required)

Pay: ₹31,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
