Write marketing templates that get approved, with explicit offers, buttons and images
Segment contacts by interest, location and buying stage, and personalize each campaign
Build chatbot and auto-reply flows for enquiries, lead capture and follow-ups
Keep the number’s quality rating high by managing message frequency, opt-outs and blocks
Track delivery, read, reply and lead numbers, and test messages and timing to improve results
Pass qualified leads to sales and keep CRM records updated
