We are looking for a hands-on Technical Operations & Automation Specialist who can manage software development, business automation, websites, integrations, cloud infrastructure and technical troubleshooting.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical fundamentals, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to independently implement, test, and maintain technical solutions that improve business operations.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain applications, internal tools, CRM systems, and dashboards.
Build and manage automations using n8n, Make, Pabbly, or similar platforms.
Manage websites, WordPress, Elementor, domains, DNS, hosting, and SSL.
Work with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, OAuth, and third-party integrations.
Handle Cloudflare, cloud platforms, deployment, infrastructure, and technical troubleshooting.
Work with databases, SQL, and data management.
Use AI-assisted coding tools to develop, debug, test, and improve solutions.
Identify technical issues, implement solutions,



and document processes.

Required Skills
24 years of hands-on experience in software development, technical operations, or automation.
Full-stack development experience with MERN, MEAN, PERN, or equivalent stacks.
Practical experience with automation tools such as n8n, Make, or Pabbly.
Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, databases, SQL, and integrations.
Experience with WordPress, website management, Cloudflare, and cloud-based platforms.
Familiarity with AI coding tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot.
Robust troubleshooting, research, and independent problem-solving skills.

Good to Have
AWS, Azure, GCP, DigitalOcean, Linux, or VPS experience.
Payment gateway integrations such as Razorpay.
Experience with AI APIs, LLMs, cybersecurity, and website security.
