Telecalling Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated, persuasive, and results-driven Telecalling Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary voice of our company, responsible for handling both outbound and inbound calls. Your goal is to engage potential customers, explain our products or services, address queries, and ultimately drive conversions, sales, or lead generation.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Outbound Calling: Initiate calls to prospective and existing clients using provided databases and scripts.
Lead Conversion: Pitch products or services effectively to generate interest and convert leads into active customers.
Customer Inquiry Management: Handle incoming calls, answer product questions, and provide accurate support.
Data Management: Accurately record details of customer interactions, feedback, and sales attempts in the CRM system or company database.
Pipeline Follow-ups: Schedule and manage timely follow-up calls with prospective clients who showed prior interest.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call volume and conversion targets.
Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints calmly,



resolve basic problems promptly, or escalate them to relevant teams when necessary.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: High school diploma, higher secondary, or a bachelor’s degree in any field.
Experience: Freshers with strong communication are welcome, though telesales, or customer support workplace is preferred.
Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills in the required regional/national languages.
Persuasion & Negotiation: Strong ability to pitch value, manage customer objections, and confidently handle rejection.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with basic computer tools, Google Sheets/MS Office, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
Attributes: High level of patience, emotional resilience, and a positive attitude under pressure.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
