Connect Leads: Solder, braze, or crimp leads and check for correct phase polarity.
Varnish and Bake: Dip or apply epoxy/varnish resins and cure windings for stability.
Test Performance: Perform surge, resistance, and high-potential (hipot) electrical tests.
