We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to join our team at Cars22.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Follow up with leads generated through social media, websites and other sources.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable car models and deals.
Explain car offers, pricing and available deals to customers.
Regularly follow up with interested customers.
Generate appointments, test drives and sales leads.
Maintain proper records of calls and customer follow-ups.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
Requirements:
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Hindi speaking is mandatory; basic English is preferred.
Confident, polite and customer-friendly personality.
Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp and computers.
Automobile/car sales experience will be an added advantage.
