We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Team Leader to manage and drive the performance of our BPO sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong team management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets in a call center environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and lead a team of sales executives in an outbound calling process.
Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and ensure business objectives are achieved.
Monitor team performance, productivity, conversion rates, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Conduct regular team huddles, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
Provide training and guidance to team members to improve sales performance and customer engagement.
Monitor calls to ensure quality standards and compliance with company policies.
Analyse sales reports and prepare performance dashboards for management.
Motivate team members to improve productivity and achieve individual and team targets.
Handle escalations and implement action plans to improve overall team performance.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth sales operations.

Candidate Requirements
Prior experience in BPO / Call Center Sales.
Experience in handling and managing sales teams.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Experience in outbound telesales, insurance sales, or other voice-based sales processes will be preferred.
Compensation Maximum CTC: 8.4 LPA
