We are looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to manage PMO activities and drive execution in close collaboration with Engineering/Technology teams.
Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end planning, tracking, and execution of technical programs.
Partner with Engineering, Product, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
Manage program milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and governance.
Prepare dashboards, status reports, and executive updates.
Drive regular program reviews and ensure action items are closed.
Coordinate across teams and proactively resolve delivery blockers.
Required Skills
6 - 8 years of experience in Technical Program Management / Program Management / PMO.
Solid experience working with Engineering/Technology teams.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and execution skills.
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Valuable understanding of Agile/Scrum and software development lifecycle.
