Role & Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
Manage bulk/mass hiring for Non-IT positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other channels.
Screen candidates based on experience, skills, communication, and job requirements.
Handle Banking/BFSI hiring and maintain a solid candidate pipeline.
Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Ensure timely closure of assigned hiring targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile
13 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment.
Experience in Banking/BFSI hiring will be preferred.
Solid experience in sourcing, screening, and mass hiring.
Positive communication and candidate-handling skills.
Target-oriented with the ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
Experience in consultancy/recruitment agency hiring will be an added advantage. Role & responsibilities
