About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter with hands-on experience in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring to join our team in Faridabad.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical positions, especially C2H requirements.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
Screen profiles based on technical skills and job requirements.
Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates, and manage the hiring process.
Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely closures.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in technical recruitment.
Must have hands-on experience in C2H hiring.
Valuable understanding of IT roles, technical skills, and recruitment processes.
Solid communication, sourcing, and candidate coordination skills.
Candidates must be based in Faridabad.
