Job Role
Provide secure, comfortable, and punctual transportation for Guest.
Receive and escort guests in a courteous, qualified, and hospitable manner.
Assist guests with luggage and ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience.
Maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of hotel vehicles at all times.
Conduct daily vehicle inspections and ensure vehicles are in excellent working condition.
Follow the assigned transportation schedule and coordinate airport transfers, sightseeing trips, and other guest transportation requirements.
Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, mileage, and maintenance.
Ensure valid driving licences, vehicle documents, insurance, and permits are maintained as required.
Adhere to traffic regulations,



hotel safety standards, and defensive driving practices.
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding guest information and conversations.
Coordinate with the Front Office, Concierge, Bell Desk, and Security teams to ensure seamless guest service.
Report vehicle defects, accidents, incidents, or guest concerns to the concerned supervisor immediately.
Demonstrate excellent grooming, etiquette, punctuality, and qualified conduct at all times.
Assist with any additional transportation-related duties assigned by the management.
