We’re looking for a talented professional to join our HR Digital Transformation (HRDT) team within our People & Investment Consulting business.
Work Model: Hybrid – minimum 3 days per week in office
What We’re Looking For
10+ years of overall experience , including 4–5+ years of Workday implementation experience
Workday Perks certified / Benefits Core certification
Proven experience leading Benefits implementations for US & Canada
Strong client-facing consulting and stakeholder management experience
Deep functional knowledge of Workday Benefits and its integration with HCM, Absence, Payroll, and Integrations
Experience working with a Workday implementation partner
Experience leading teams and managing Benefits analysts/consultants
Strong understanding of Workday implementation lifecycle, optimization, upgrades, and rollouts
Ability to design Workday solutions aligned with client and industry requirements
Strong understanding of testing, cutover, deployment,
rollout, and hypercare activities
Bachelor’s degree in B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc./MCA or equivalent
