Qualification & Experience Required
B.Sc. in Nursing (candidates who passed out in 2019 or earlier are eligible).
Minimum 7 years of experience, including 5 years in the relevant sector and 2 years in training.
Solid teaching, communication, mentoring, and classroom management skills.
Job Responsibilities
Conduct regular classes for the allotted training batch as per the prescribed curriculum.
Monitor daily attendance and identify, track, and prevent candidate dropouts.
Prepare and submit daily reports as instructed by the Centre Management.
Motivate and guide candidates to actively participate in placement activities.
Ensure effective delivery of training modules and maintain positive candidate feedback.
Support candidates in improving their knowledge, practical skills, and overall employability.
