Required Skills & Experience
4–8+ years of experience in Workday Integrations development.
Robust hands-on expertise in Workday Studio (must-have).
Experience with EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, PICOF, Document Transformation.
Robust knowledge of XML, XSLT, JSON, SOAP/REST APIs.
Experience with Workday Report Writer, RaaS, and Calculated Fields.
Robust debugging skills using Studio logs and Workday error frameworks.
Ability to understand functional HR/Payroll processes.
Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
