The Training Executive at AIPL will build and run the learning engines for a growing workforce of the office staff, project teams and site personnel. This is a hands-on, high-energy role: you will identify skill gaps, plan & co-ordinate training calendars, deliver induction and soft skill sessions, arrange technical and safety training with internal experts and external trainers, and measure whether learning translates into better performance on projects.
Working closely with the Head of HR, HOD's and project teams, you will help ensure every new joiner is productive quickly and every employee has a explicit path to grow. It is an excellent prospect for an early- Career HR or Management skilled to build a specialization in Learning & Development within a fast-growing construction and Interior fit-out company.
