Agents have to handle Chat, Emails & calls from customer, he/she shall fluently speak, write and comprehend in English, and Hindi.
Eligibility Criterias :-
Execellent Communication in English.
only Experienced candidates can apply
Graduates & Undergraduates.
Experience candidates must have minimum 6 months of documented experience in any customer Service.
Six days working and 1 rotational Week off.
Training is Paid/ Mandatory to explicit certification post Training.
