Creation of WSR and other reports in various formats
Client coordination
Stakeholder communication
Experienced in Health Domain
Experience of minimum 2 years in Indian health insurance projects
Basic understanding in automation
Creation of test plan and test strategy
Effort estimation to provide tentative testing timelines
Valuable understanding in STLC and SDLC
Good understanding in any one defect management tool JIRA, BugZilla Etc.
Able to Lead manual Team 6+ testers,
General Insurance experience- Health Insurance experience is mandatory.
Good in communication with client on a daily basis on overall testing update and highlight challenges.
Expert in creating Daily status reports,

Preferred candidate profile Must have relevance in Health Insurance.

Must have managed team.

Valuable to have knowledge in Automation.

Positive at communication skills

Expertise in Stakeholder management.
