Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Yoga Trainer to conduct yoga sessions and guide individuals in improving their physical fitness, flexibility, posture, and mental well-being. The candidate should have sound knowledge of yoga practices and the ability to train individuals and groups effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct yoga sessions for individuals and groups.
Teach yoga asanas, pranayama, meditation, and breathing techniques.
Ensure correct posture, alignment, and safe execution of yoga exercises.
Plan yoga sessions according to participants’ fitness levels and requirements.
Monitor participants’ progress and provide appropriate guidance.
Maintain a positive, motivating, and disciplined training environment.
Follow appropriate safety and hygiene practices during sessions.





Educational Qualifications
Minimum Diploma or Certificate in Yoga from a recognized institute.
Bachelor’s Degree in Yoga or Yoga Science will be preferred.
Certification from the Yoga Certification Board (YCB), Ministry of AYUSH, or another recognized yoga training organization will be an advantage.

Required Skills
Positive knowledge of yoga asanas, pranayama, and meditation.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to conduct group and individual training sessions.
Knowledge of basic anatomy, posture alignment, and exercise safety.
Positive attitude, patience, and robust teaching skills.

Experience Minimum 1 year of experience as a Yoga Trainer, Yoga Instructor, or Yoga Teacher.

Salary

15,000 – 20,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
