Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Transaction Manager to lead end-to-end commercial leasing transactions for office spaces. The role involves managing lease negotiations, coordinating documentation, building robust client and landlord relationships, and ensuring successful deal closure.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end commercial office leasing transactions.
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate lease opportunities with landlords and developers.
Structure commercial deals and support financial modelling and ROI analysis.
Coordinate lease documentation and agreement execution with internal and external stakeholders.
Prepare client proposals and present suitable leasing options.
Maintain solid relationships with clients, landlords, developers, and legal teams.
Conduct market research and feasibility analysis to support leasing decisions.




Manage property portfolios and ensure timely transaction completion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
