Position: Transport Supervisor (Clerk)

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Transport Supervisor (Clerk) to manage daily transportation documentation, vehicle coordination, dispatch activities, and reporting at the Asian Paints customer location in Mysore.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain transport documents, trip sheets, LR Writing
Monitor vehicle reporting, loading, dispatch, and delivery status.
Coordinate with drivers, transporters, warehouse staff, and customer representatives.
Maintain accurate records of trips, deliveries, and vehicle utilization.
Follow up on delivery delays, vehicle issues, and pending documentation.
Prepare daily transport reports and submit them to the concerned team.
Ensure compliance with customer procedures and transportation safety requirements.

Eligibility Criteria
Education: 12th Pass / Any Degree.
Experience:



Freshers and experienced candidates can apply; transport or logistics experience is preferred.
Language Skills: Kannada and English preferred; Tamil or Hindi is an added advantage.
Skills: Good communication, coordination, documentation, and attention to detail.

Salary & Perks
Salary: ₹12,000–₹17,000 per month, based on experience and suitability.
Additional daily mamul, as applicable.
PF and ESI advantages as per eligibility and company policy.

Work Location Asian Paints Customer Site, Mysore, Karnataka.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in transport documentation, vehicle coordination, dispatch operations, logistics support, or warehouse documentation will be preferred.
