We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations, bookkeeping, reconciliations, vendor payments, invoicing and statutory compliance activities. The candidate will work closely with the Finance and Operations teams to ensure accurate and timely accounting records.

Key Responsibilities
Day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, invoicing and bookkeeping.
Record and maintain sales, purchase, expense and payment entries in accounting software(ZOHO).
Daily bank reconciliation and vendor ledger reconciliation.
Verify vendor invoices, bills and supporting documents before processing payments.
Preparing vendor payment sheets and payment documentation.
Maintain and update vendor, customer and ledger records.
Assist in GST,



TDS and other statutory compliance activities.
Daily check Employees Reimbursement form & book entries in accounting software.
Ensure proper filing, maintenance of accounting documents & supporting records.
Coordinate with internal teams/vendors for invoice, payment & accounting-related queries.
Assist with audit requirements by providing necessary documents & accounting information.
Identify accounting discrepancies and coordinate with seniors for timely resolution.
Support the finance team in maintaining proper accounting controls and processes.
