Aptino, Inc. is seeking a agile and results-driven US IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and closing IT positions within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle US IT recruitment
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
Conduct initial screening and validation calls
Coordinate interviews and follow up with clients and candidates
Maintain and update candidate data in ATS
Ensure timely submission of quality profiles
Required Skills & Qualifications
1+ years of experience in US IT recruitment
Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
Knowledge of US visa types (H1B, OPT, GC, USC, etc.)
Experience using job portals such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn
Familiarity with US time zones
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills
Experience working with direct clients or implementation partners
Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven setting
